Best Practices Workshops:
The purpose of the “Best Practices in Working Better Together Across Organizations” (Best Practices Workshop) was to enhance participants’ knowledge and awareness of best practices in inter-organizational partnerships and interprofessional collaboration (IPC) applied within and across organizations. Furthermore, the purpose was to enable them to assess present relationships, co-develop plans for enhancing current relationships and develop future relationships across organizational boundaries with consideration of inter-organizational agreements. Building Capacity and Sustainability Workshop:
The purpose of the “Building Capacity and Sustainability for Working Better Together Across Organizations” (Building Capacity Workshops) was to enhance the coaching and facilitation skills of participants to enable them to coach others and facilitate processes thereby expanding and building capacity for partnerships and interprofessional collaboration (IPC) within their network community.To see a summary report from this workshop, Click here.
