Summary Report – Phase IV: Project Evaluation
Research & Evaluation Phase IV Summary Report: Project Evaluation
Four phases of activities took place over the course of the project, each contributing to the content and development of the project’s educational programs and resources.
The purpose of the evaluation was to generate an overarching assessment of the EnHANCE Ontario project, using the 3P Model (presage, process and product). This model is consistent with the project’s approach to training and network development, allowing the external evaluators to examine how the context (presage factors) and the educational workshops (process factors) influenced the project outcomes (the product). As part of the evaluation design, a project logic model was developed to guide the evaluation focus, including tool development, data collection, data analysis and reporting.
